Delivery Policy

At MNP Mum & Child, we strive to ensure that every order is processed and delivered efficiently, providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only to Greater Accra, Ghana. Orders are dispatched from our local fulfilment centre theen delivered to the customer

Shipping Process

All products are sourced and shipped from our trusted international suppliers. Upon arrival in Ghana, our local logistics team oversees the final stage of delivery to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Accra and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days after arrival in Ghana

Delivery timelines may vary based on regional accessibility and order volume. Customers will be duly informed in the event of any delay.

Order Confirmation and Updates

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details and provide tracking updates where applicable.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location within Ghana.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full online at checkout prior to delivery. We currently do not offer a cash-on-delivery option.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are carried out on working days only. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays.

Any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the next working day.

While we aim to deliver orders within 1–2 business days, delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume and delivery location.

Delays and External Factors

While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to customs clearance, transportation challenges, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be promptly updated regarding the status of their orders.
