Return and Refund Policy
At MNP Mum & Child, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The product is unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Pacifiers, feeding bottles, teethers, and similar baby products

Intimate apparel or undergarments

Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective upon arrival)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
If your product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or an item of equal value (subject to availability).
If the preferred replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the same payment method used during checkout.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before delivery
Once an order has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return upon arrival (if the conditions above are met).
